No Rest for the Wicked, the new game from the team behind the Ori franchise got itself a shiny new launch trailer ahead of it’s Early Access Launch on Steam.
The developer, Moon Studios, are best known for their work on the incredible metroidvania series Ori, which includes both Ori and the Blind Forest and Ori and the Will of the Wisps.
Thomas Mahler, the CEO and Creative Director shared the new trailer on X (Formely Twitter):
No Rest for the Wicked is a new action RPG with which the team at Moon Studios hopes will “reinvent the genre.” With its gorgeous visuals, and resounding praise from early previews, it certainly looks to be taking that ambition very seriously.
The game will be early access in Steam from April 18th, (you can wishlist it here) with the developers stating:
“No Rest for the Wicked is an expansive title with a wide variety of systems, features, and narratives. It is also a game that continues to be deep in development as we launch into Early Access in 2024.“
“As our most ambitious game to date, we know that we will need your feedback to help us fine tune and build all of Wicked’s various systems and upcoming features into the best they can possibly be.”
