Manor Lords achieves another milestone

Despite only launching on April 26th into Early Access on Steam and Game Pass PC in Game Preview, Manor Lords is smashing down even more records, and it’s really only getting started. After only a day at launch, Manor Lords’ publisher, Hooded Horse, took to Twitter to announce another milestone for the medieval city builder!

“Since yesterday’s launch, Manor Lords has already sold over 1 million copies and hit a peak Steam concurrent player count of 170,000” wrote Hooded Horse on X (Formerly Twitter). “Highest ever for a city builder!”

While our team are busy diving into the game to bring you our full impressions, it certainly seems to be a roaring success for indie developer Slavic Magic and with a million sales under their belt, the developer is sure to be working on future updates for the game as it makes it’s journey through early access to a 1.0 release.

About Manor Lords

As per Steam’s store page, the game has been hand crafted by a solo developer – Manor Lords is a medieval strategy game featuring in-depth city building, large-scale tactical battles, and complex economic and social simulations. Rule your lands as a medieval lord — the seasons pass, the weather changes, and cities rise and fall. If you’re planning to play on Steam, the game will be 25% off for the first two weeks, and it’s also available on PC for Game Pass subscribers.
