It has been a massive few days for Forza Horizon 5, with rave reviews and high player counts proving that the the series is among the best in gaming.

Phil Spencer took to Twitter earlier today to confirm what many already knew; Forza Horizon 5 is a runaway success. The game currently has more than 4.5 million players, and growing. That number can be seen inside the in game leaderboards. Spencer also shared that the game now holds the record of “largest launch day” for an Xbox Game Studio game, breaking previous peak concurrent player records.
These numbers are well deserved, and the XboxEra team absolutely loves the game as well. We gave it a 9.6, calling it a “true showcase of just what a next-gen title can be”.
Forza Horizon 5 is out now on Xbox, PC, and Cloud Gaming, and is of course available on Xbox Game Pass.
