Checkpoint | Xbox 360 VS Xbox One: Which Console had the better Launch Line-up?

This weekend was a weekend of anniversaries! While the majority of Xbox fandom concentrated on the 20th anniversary of the Xbox 360, it was also the 11th birthday of the Xbox One. Now, it’s quite understandable why the latter birthday isn’t quite so celebrated – Xbox One is often seen as the beginning of the downfall of the brand, and was arguably Microsoft’s worse generation overall.

That said, the XboxEra team were chatting about how good the launch line up actually was, and that led to a bit of a debate. So for this weeks ‘Checkpoint’, we’re asking you – Between the Xbox 360 and Xbox One, which console had the better launch Line-up?

In case you need a reminder, here’s a handy list to help you decide.

Launch Line Up Face Off: Xbox 360 VS Xbox One

As much as I have a lot of nostalgia for the Xbox 360 – you can read more about that here – on a personal level, I think I have to give the edge to the Xbox One launch line up. Killer Instinct, Dead Rising 3, Ryse: Son of Rome, Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag and Battlefield 4 all clinch it for me as the better line up.

But hey, it’s not about what I think – what do you think? Let us know by voting in our poll, and have your say!
