Posted on PlayStation’s Blog today, the company’s latest monthly “PlayStation Top Downloads” post for April 2024 has Xbox’s ‘Sea of Thieves’ and ‘Grounded’ sitting at the top 10 downloaded games across both the United States and European regions. Sea of Thieves sits at #1 on the EU side of things for PS5 downloads while being at #3 in the United States. Grounded finds itself sitting at #8 in Europe and #9 in the US. One heck of a splash for both of these games, seeing as one of them is well over six years old now (and even older for us Alpha testers).
Sea of Thieves launched on PlayStation 5 last week and is doing stellar, especially for the US. While Grounded was pushed just shy of three weeks ago across both the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation consoles.
