The FTC has lost their last second appeal to the 9th Circuit Court. They have denied the FTC’s attempt to stop Microsoft from closing with Activision Blizzard King before the deal’s July 18th deadline.
All eyes now turn to the UK’s CMA. Expect further updates on Monday.
