After almost nine long years, many would have been wondering whether we would see another entry in the Grand Theft Auto series. Today is a moment that people have been waiting for. Rockstar Games tweeted earlier that work on the next Grand Theft Auto title is underway and more information will be given when they have it. We also learnt that in a little over a month we would have a next generation upgrade for GTAV.
Rockstar Games also released a community update that can be read HERE. The main highlight of this article is that a new generation of GTAV will be coming to Xbox Series S|X and Playstation 5 consoles on March 15th 2022. New features will include graphics modes with up to 4K resolution, up to 60 frames per second, texture and draw distance upgrades, HDR options and ray-tracing, as well as offering the technical advancements of the latest console generation with faster loading times, immersive 3D audio, platform-specific features like advanced haptic feedback, and much more. Alongside this there are many more improvements to GTA Online and more. Is this the last hurrah for GTAV?
