PlayStation Have Announced a New State of Play for This Week

The latest PlayStation State of Play is being broadcast this week, and it is due to be an hour-long showcase of news and announcements. The last State of Play was back in November 2025, showcasing Japanese titles such as Octopath Traveler 0 and Elden Ring Nightreign: The Forsaken Hollows, and the previous offering before that was all the way back in September 2025. So, what do we have to look forward to this time around? Keep reading to find out, as PlayStation have announced a new State of Play for this week.

The show is being broadcast on both the official PlayStation YouTube and Twitch channels, and is going live at 2pm PT / 5pm ET / 11pm CEST on Thursday 12th February. It will be shown in both English and Japanese.

According to the PlayStation blog announcing the show, it promises to “spotlight eye-catching third-party and indie games headed to PS5, along with the latest from teams at PlayStation Studios.

Due to run for over 60 minutes, this will be the longest State of Play we have seen so far. There have been no hints as to what exact games will be showcased during the broadcast, but with upcoming titles such as Saros, Marathon and Marvel’s Wolverine due for release fairly soon, we may get to catch some further footage alongside third-party games.

DayOne will be hosting a co-stream of the event with Jesse and Aarsal, so don’t forget to tune in!
