Halo Studios Details ’25 Years of Halo’ Celebrations

Will you share your story?

Halo Studios (previously 343 Industries) have dropped a new blog post to share their plans for celebrating a pretty big anniversary. Indeed, just like Xbox, Halo as a franchise is also turning 25 years old this year, and it seems the team at Halo Studios have plenty of plans in the year ahead to celebrate ’25 Years of Halo’.

As part of the celebration plans, Halo Studios have setup a ‘Silver Anniversary Community Hub’ and are inviting you – yes, you – to share your personal testimonials, memories and stories about your personal journey with the Halo franchise.

Per the team – “What does Halo mean to you? Were you the undisputed king of late-night LANs? A Legendary campaigner? Do you regularly quote a machinima masterpiece? Is Halo the pinnacle of esports excellence, or a mysterious journey through a forgotten past? All year long, we’ll be inviting Halo fans to share their favorite Halo memories, celebrate Halo’s iconic legacy, and vote on community polls to help us tell the whole Halo story.

Whether you’re a battle-hardened Spartan or a Halo rookie, we hope you’ll join the fun by sharing your Halo story on social media using hashtag #Halo25Together, in our official Discord server, or on r/Halo with the #Halo25Together tag.”

If you’re anything like most die-hard Xbox fans, you’ve probably got plenty of memories of your time with Halo, be it stepping on to the ring world for the first time back in 2001, late night Team Skirmish games in Halo 2 Multiplayer, or building your first Forge Map in Halo 3. Whatever your memory, it seems Halo Studios want to hear from you!

More to Celebrate with HaloFest 2026!

Halo Studios have also taken the time to remind everyone about Halofest 2026, which is coming our way this December. Per the team, “In December, we’ll be hosting Halo fans from all around the world at Halo Fest, a three-day event celebrating a quarter-century of playing Halo together.

The ultimate gathering begins with an orchestral performance featuring selections from Halo’s iconic scores, in concert for one night only on December 11, followed by a two-day convention honoring Halo’s legacy, heroes, and unrivaled community.”

If you’re interested, you can grab tickets by heading here.

Beyond that, the team have also shared other promotions going on, including cool creator bundles for streamers and content creators, wallpapers to download, and there’s even new unlocks for you in Halo Infinite. Stuck on this god-forsaken island. Father of two, wishes he could play more games but real life always gets in the way. Prefers shorter and often smarter experiences, but Halo is King.
