‘Greedfall II: The Dying World’ Gets a Gameplay Trailer – and a 1.0 Release Date

If you’re keen heading back into the world of Greedfall, but didn’t want to participate in Early Access on Steam, then good news. There’s a new gameplay trailer to dive into for the upcoming prequel as it approaches its 1.0 release, with a confirmed release date for Greedfall II: The Dying World across PC and Consoles. ‘Greedfall II: The Dying World’ Gets a Gameplay Trailer – and a Release Date

Greedfall II: The Dying World released into Early Access on Steam in 2024, and developer Spiders has been hard at work since. Today, they’ve announced that the narrative RPG will be launching on PC via Steam on March 10th, followed swiftly by the console release across Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 on March 12th.

Greedfall II: The Dying Land is set three years before the original game, as a plague known as the Malichor is ravaging the old continent of Gacane. You’ll play as a native of the recently discovered island of Teer Fradee, and are taken prisoner by soldiers and taken the Gacane. Per the developers, “Your quest to regain your freedom plunges you into the heart of a vast conspiracy: it’s up to you to forge your destiny in the hope of saving not only your island but the entire continent.

If you’re looking to dive into the game before it’s 1.0 release, you can check out GreedFall II: The Dying World on Steam via Early Access. Otherwise, the game is launching as a 1.0 verision on PC via Steam on March 10th, and Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 on March 12th.
