Rejoice, Ball X Pit fans! The first of the games previously announced updates – The Ball X Pit ‘Regal Update’ is on the way, and it arrives this month. I don’t know about you, but I feel like we’re being treated like royalty!
This is the first of three promised, major updates for the game, and now the developers have shared some new detail on both what the update contains, and when you can get your hands on it. First up, the really good news – the Ball X Pit ‘Regal Update’ releases on January 26th.
Here’s all the details, courtesy of a blog post over on Steam, including a little YouTube short to tease you in.
Per the developers: This free update adds a wealth of new content to the game, including new characters, new balls, new passives, and some new features many of you have been crying out for since launch.
Meet our two new treasure seekers:
- The Carouser, whose returning balls orbit around him.
- The Falconer, flanked by her two trusted falcons that throw balls.
In addition to the new treasure seekers joining the roster, The Regal Update will also introduce 8 new balls and several new passives.
But that’s not all! We’ve got a nice surprise we don’t want to spoil just yet – but we’re sure you’re all going to love it. Stay tuned for Monday, January 26th, when The Regal Update officially launches!
