In today’s episode of Xbox Era Headlines, we broke down the lawsuit threat from Paramount towards Warner Bros Discovery. After being twice rejected in their hostile takeover attempts, Paramount’s David Ellison penned a letter, claiming that their offer was the best, demanding to see what Netflix and WBD had negotiated.

Avowed and Towerborne are both coming to the PS5. Avowed will do so alongside its Anniversary update, which brings New Game Plus, Photo Mode, New Playable Races, and more. Towerborne will hit 1.0 with an Xbox and Steam update alongside its shiny new PS5 port. The game shifts development from being a F2P Games-as-a-Service title to a pay-once offline game.

Ubisoft discussed new The Division content while facing layoffs across its Massive studios. We discussed these topics and more live during our Headlines show. Headlines airs every Tuesday and Thursday at 10 AM ET.
