Capcom will be hosting a brand new showcase on January 15th at 2PM PT/5PM ET and it will contain around 12 minutes of footage. The team have not confirmed as yet exactly what the showcase will contain, apart from that there will be both gameplay and news from their latest title Resident Evil Requiem, which is due for release towards the end of next month. So, what do we know about the new Resident Evil Showcase featuring gameplay from Resident Evil Requiem set to air this week?
The show will be broadcast on the Resident Evil YouTube channel as well as on Twitch and will be in both Japanese and English.
We reported last week on a trailer for Resident Evil Requiem demonstrating Capcom and NVIDIA’s latest Path Tracing and DLSS 4 technology. This trailer also gave us a sneaky peek at a new urban landscape from the upcoming game. You can check out the full article on that here. Hopefully, we will get to see some more of this and hopefully more in the showcase. Fans of the Resident Evil franchise don’t have too much longer to wait now for the full release of the game.
Resident Evil Requiem is due for release on PC via Steam and the Epic Game Store, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 2 on February 27th, 2026.
