New NVIDIA Trailer Showcases Resident Evil Requiem’s Urban Environments

Publisher Capcom have partnered up with NVIDIA for a new trailer that shows off the tech giant’s latest Path Tracing and DLSS 4 technology. Conveniently, it also gave us another sneaky look at Resident Evil Requiem itself, which is right around the corner. Check it out below!

Per the video, Resident Evil Requiem is launching with support for both path tracing and NVIDIA’s DLSS 4 Multi-frame generation technology when it releases next month, February 27th.

The trailer has given us a first, albeit brief glimpse of a large and seemingly playable urban environment. This is particularly interesting as noted Resident Evil leaker ‘Dusk Golem‘ has previously shared that Resident Evil Requiem will feature ‘open-level designed areas like Racoon City, along with a vehicle to travel around it.

Resident Evil Requiem releases February 27th, 2026 on PC via Steam and the Epic Game Store, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 2. There’s a in-depth showcase planned before launch where we’ll get an even deeper look, so stay tuned for more detail on that!
