The top 15 video games in North America saw little movement week over week, with GTA moving up and Battlefield 6 dropping over the Christmas period, according to Mat Piscatella of Circana.

Same ole, same ole
Mat Piscatella, the Senior Director and Video Game Industry Advisor at Circana, has shared the charts for Christmas week, 2025. The list, which had the top 15 games across various storefronts for the week ending December 27th, saw little movement at the top. Grand Theft Auto V jumped up a spot from 3 to 2, week over week, displacing Call of Duty on PlayStation 5.
Battlefield 6 continued its downward trend on console, dropping a spot on both the Xbox and PlayStation stores. Fortnite’s dominance continued, as according to Mat, “During the week ending Dec 27th, nearly one of every 3 people in the US that turned on their Xbox or PlayStation fired up Fortnite at least once.“
Here are the top 15 games for PlayStation and Xbox in the US
