Over the weekend, publisher XD Games announced that their coming cosy multiplayer life simulation title ‘Heartopia’ will launch across PC, iOS, and Android via Google Play on 7 January 2026. The game will launch on Steam at a later date.
As we’ve covered previously, Heartopia blends narrative roleplay, life simulation, and personal connection. Set in a contemporary, stylish urban world, the game focuses on everyday warmth: think conversations over coffee, shared routines, self-expression, and moments of emotional discovery. You know, cosy things you love to do in life as you do in video games. Oh, and players who created a character during either of the two closed beta tests will receive one Blueberry Crossbody Bag in-game cosmetic. In addition, those who reached level 18 during either of the aforementioned closed beta tests will receive one Star Mascot Head in-game cosmetic, too.

Anyone who pre-registers will receive a selection of in-game items when the game launches, including Gold x4000, Wishing Star x20, Moonlight Crystal x400, and Exhibition Pass x60—which will presumably prove useful!
