Bloober Team has announced that Cronos: The New Dawn is getting a ‘Temporal Diver’ easy mode in 2026.

Cronos: The New Dawn launched in September of this year to critical acclaim. I reviewed the title, finding the mix of post-apocalyptic and pre-disaster Poland a wonderful mix of thrills and intrigue. One criticism I did see levied at the game was how difficult it was by default. The only other difficulty option at launch was hard mode.
Hard mode made the game more difficult via fewer health restoration and ammo drops. Bigger health pools for enemies and a smaller one for your protagonist topped off the ‘you died’ cake. Bloober Team has said that, “Travelers! We’ve got exciting news for those who prefer to enjoy the story without struggling with challenging encounters!“
