Xbox is reportedly skipping a 2025 wrapped style breakdown for its users, choosing to focus the time and budget on 25th anniversary celebrations, it has been reported.

Jez Corden of Windows Central is reporting that Xbox is choosing to forgo a user-based wrap-up program for 2025. Jez stated that his sources “suggest” that there will be no Xbox Wrapped for 2025 because the company is choosing to allocate that marketing budget to next year’s 25th anniversary for the brand.
Xbox launched in November of 2001, with Halo: Combat Evolved as the system’s biggest exclusive. A big celebration around the oft-beleaguered as of late Xbox division would be a change of pace. 2025 saw highs and lows.
Titles like Avowed, The Outer Worlds 2, and South of Midnight were among over ten releases by the company. Their success was offset by layoffs, studio closures, and game cancellations throughout the year.
