We are all looking to save money where we can, especially at this time of year. Well, now an eagle-eyed gamer has just spotted a deal on the Microsoft Store where you can sign up for Xbox Game Pass for just $1. Which is great news, especially in the run up to Christmas. So, what exactly is the deal? Read on, as you can now join Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for just one dollar.
Posted this afternoon by Wario64, the deal is currently available on the Microsoft store here. All tiers of Xbox Game Pass (Essential, Premium and Ultimate) are all available to join for $1 for the first month. Now obviously after this you will be paying full price, but even if you just join for a month and then leave again – it’s still a great deal!
Following the huge shake-up to Game Pass earlier this year, many players ended up ending their subscription to Ultimate; the 50% price hike was a step too far and even the additions of Fortnite Crew and Ubisoft+ Classics wasn’t enough to keep them around. We aren’t sure whether Microsoft are trying to entice gamers back into the Game Pass family or if they are just showing some festive spirit – but none of us are complaining! There is one caveat to this special offer: it is only available if you are a new customer. You cannot access it if you previously have previously been a Game Pass subscriber.
