Will Saros Release on Xbox Game Pass?
Saros, the spirtual sequel to the fan favourite Returnal, is coming out next March 20th of next year (at least for now). Starring the ever great Rahul Kohli, House Marque promise another game full of top tier action and a touching/compelling story. So we know when we’ll be able to purchase the game, but for all those who are already subbed to Xbox Game Pass, there’s always one question. Is it releasing on the service? Keep reading to find out!
For those of you who never played Returnal, I consider it to be one of the best games available on the PS5 platform (and PC of course). While its roguelike elements were a little lacking, especially at the start of the game, the sheer intensity and control of the action made it one of the best playing games on the platform. With Saros, the sequel in most ways, House Marque are ramping it all up even more. They’ve showcased the game with some jawdropping visuals already, and with the very talented Rahul Kohli involved, we’re sure this will be a game to keep an eye on.

Is Saros on Xbox Game Pass?
As expected, Saros is not releasing on Xbox Game Pass day one. This should come at no surprise to anyone who knows the PS5 lineup of games, as House Marque are a first party developer for them and Sony has yet to regularly release their first party games on Xbox. Meaning, of course, that the game will also not release on Xbox Game Pass. Though their first game, Returnal, did release on PC at one point. So there’s a chance Saros may also be playable on the next Xbox assuming their PC Console hybrid plans come to fruition.
