The Xbox team have shared a large platform update for November, and it’s got plenty of nice information for a variety of players, be it on console, cloud, PC or handheld! Let’s take a look, shall we?
Pick your Resolution! (And in more countries)

The big highlight here from the blog post for Xbox Cloud users is the long-awaited addition to select our own resolution. Per the folks at Xbox, “User Selected Resolution allows players to manually choose their preferred streaming resolution before launching a game. This has been a top player request, and we’re excited to roll it out in alignment with support for higher stream quality (up to 1440p for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers). This ensures players can tailor their subscription to match how and where they play.“
In addition, Xbox Cloud (as reported a few weeks ago) has made its way to India, and if you’re in Brazil or Argentina and own an LG TV or Amazon Fire TV device, you can play there too!
Gaming CoPilot (Beta) is now available on your phone

In other news, Gaming Copilot is now available for Xbox folks via the mobile app. Per the Xbox team, “When youneed help, push the “Microphone” icon to talk or type your message in the box. Gaming Copilot knows what’s happening in your game in real-time, so ask it any gaming related questions , from gameplay tips to achievement history, and receive immediate and helpful responses.“
There’s plenty more over on Xbox Wire, so go check it out.
Are you every going to use Gaming Copilot? Let us know in the XboxEra Forums or make some noise in the lively XboxEra Community Discord Server. If you’re looking to be a bigger part of an amazing community, then either choice is a good one!
