Last week, NetEase Games launched their free-to-play open-world action game ‘Where Winds Meet‘ onto PC via Steam/Epic Games Store/their own bespoke launcher alongside PlayStation 5 and very soon Android & iOS in the West. The game has been taken to quite well among the gaming community (and it’s a surprisingly good dress up game!).
Where Winds Meet is an epic Wuxia open-world action-adventure RPG set in ancient China at the tenth century. Players will assume the role of a young sword master as they embark on a journey to uncover the mysteries of their own identity. Let the wind carry your legend on an epic journey to the East.
Now you might be wondering if this is available on Xbox and Nintendo Switch consoles—and I hate to burst your bubble, but it is currently not available across either console platforms. Will it ever launch on Xbox and Switch? Who can say! NetEase is no stranger to either console, but until then you’re better off meeting the Wind on your phone, PC, or PlayStation 5.
