Today, Coffee Stain Studios announced that its acclaimed factory builder ‘Satisfactory’ is now available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series consoles—sporting full crossplay across both systems (support for PC crossplay is not available).
For the first time, console players can jump into the sprawling alien world of MASSAGE-2(A-B)b and put their automation skills to the test in the factory-building phenomenon that has captivated PC fans since its 1.0 release last September. This is also the studio’s debut console game, you should know.

As Satisfactory hits another key milestone in its already expansive journey, Pioneers can keep their hard-hats on knowing their industrial adventure is not yet over. With progress on Update 1.2 already underway, and continued support planned across all available platforms, the Satisfactory community can look forward to more exciting announcements to come, whilst welcoming a fresh batch of new Pioneers joining FICSIT through today’s console debut.
Satisfactory made its full release to PC in September 2024 after five years in Early Access, cementing its place as one of the most celebrated factory-building games of its generation. Supported by a highly-involved and dedicated community, Satisfactory went on to receive an impressive 91/100 Metacritic score, surpassing 180K concurrent players on Steam, and won ‘PC Game of the Year’ at the 2024 Golden Joystick Awards. Now, Satisfactory expands to new horizons, bringing its gameplay to even bigger screens.
Satisfactory is out now for consoles on the PlayStation Store and Xbox Store for $39.99 USD, and is also available for PC on Steam and Epic Games Store.
