October 23rd is an important day for fans of the Fallout franchise – in Fallout lore, October 23rd 2077 was the day of the Great War that started the events that happened in the post-apocalyptic series. Bethesda have taken full advantage of the anniversary since last year, have renamed the entire day as Fallout Day and are hosting a special livestream in honour of it. So what does Fallout Day involve, and how can you get involved? Let’s find out as Bethesda presents Fallout Day 2025.
📅 Save the date! Our annual #FalloutDay Broadcast will be streaming live on October 23 at 1pm ET, with the FalloutforHope post-show immediately following.

Bethesda asked fans of the Fallout franchise to save the date a couple of weeks ago, and have announced a special livestream that will be broadcast on YouTube, Twitch and Steam at 10am PST, 1pm EST, and 6pm BST. According to Bethesda the celebration will involve “updates on existing Fallout games, community celebrations and upcoming fan events“. Last year’s show was less than half an hour long, so it wont take up much of your day to tune in, and the main broadcast will be followed up with Fallout For Hope – a charity initiative raising funds for causes such as the St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
All of the news announced in the show will also be available to catch up on afterwards here. There has been no mention or rumours of any big news being announced this year, but you never know!
As well as Bethesda’s offerings for Fallout Day 2025, the Microsoft Store is also running a Fallout Day sale, with discounts of up to 70% and many titles at their lowest price ever. For the full list of games, you can check out our article here.
