Reef entertainment shared yet another update with an amended release date for Terminator 2D: No Fate. Initially due to be launched in September, the release was then pushed back to October. And now players will have to wait even longer as a blog post yesterday explained. Let’s dig in and find out what the release date revealed for Terminator 2D: No Fate actually is.
Following the launch trailer and announcement by Reef Entertainment in February this year, excitement has been building for the launch of the 2D action side-scroller. But in the latest update from the publishers, they have confirmed that the actual date of release has now been moved to November 26, 2025. The team had this to say about the newest adjustment to the schedule: “This adjustment is due to ongoing global trade and tariff changes that delayed shipment of the components for our Day One and Collector’s Editions. Because we are committed to launching all editions together, this new date applies to both physical and digital releases worldwide. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’re sorry for this further delay. The team is working hard to make sure your wait is worth it, and we can’t wait to share Terminator 2D: NO FATE with you all this November.“
It looks like the ‘slightly unstable’ global economic situation has had yet more impact here. Hopefully though, this will be the last time the release date changes, and fans will be able to enjoy the game in the near future.
Terminator 2D: No Fate will be launching on PS5®, PS4®, Nintendo Switch™, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC (via Steam® and the Epic Games Store) on November 26th, 2025.
