SILENT HILL f Added To Xbox ‘Stream Your Own Game’

The Xbox ‘Stream Your Own Game’ initiative has seen an enormous number of games being added over the last few weeks. Titles such as LEGO Voyagers, Cronos The New Dawn and Borderlands 4 are amongst the latest additions to the service. And now the recently released Silent Hill f has been added to Xbox Stream Your Own Game.

The details were shared today by ‘redphx’ on X, who runs the fantastic ‘Better xCloud‘, a free open-source tool that actually improves Xbox Cloud Streaming and remote play for those that use it. Xbox’s ‘Stream Your Own Game’ was introduced as a feature last year for web browser users, arriving on Consoles in April 2025. It allows Game Pass Ultimate subscribers to play titles they own via the Xbox Game Streaming Service.  Members can save time and hard drive space and play their games immediately without needing to download and install them first. Silent Hill f Added To Xbox Stream Your Own Game | SILENT HILL f | Review – XboxEra

Our reviews Editor Jesse recently reviewed Silent Hill f and was a huge fan, saying “SILENT HILL f is all kinds of f’ed up. Set in 1960s Japan, you are Himiko, a high school student whose town is besieged by ancient, evil fog. Through nearly 15 hours and multiple playthroughs, you will fight, cry, scream, and smash your way through disgusting creatures as you try to save your family and friends. It never goes where you think; the story is dark as hell, and I loved it.” You can read his full thoughts here.
