‘Arknights: Endfield’ Announced for Early 2026 Release

These things, they take time.

Last week, publisher GRYPHLINE confirmed that their coming real-time 3D action role-playing game with strategy elements ‘Arknights: Endfield’ will be launching sometime in early 2026 across PC, mobile devices, and PlayStation 5 consoles. Said confirmation followed the Apple iPhone event which not only unveiled Apple’s latest advancement in technologies that no one else could ever pull off, but also showcased a brief bit of mobile gameplay for GRYPHLINE’s anticipated title.

This is the first time mobile footage of the game was showcased officially, with the latest iPhone 17 Max boasting high-end visuals for Endfield thanks to the device’s A19 Pro (which is the best reason to purchase an iPhone). More details on Arknights: Endfield and the iPhone 17 can be found in the press release below. You can read up on what kind of game Endfield is in our impressions of the coming ARPG right thisaway! The iPhone 17 family of phones is available for pre-orders and launches on 19 September.

Apple stated that, when paired with the Apple-designed vapor chamber, the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max with the A19 Pro chip would deliver up to 40 percent better sustained performance than the previous generation — ideal for gaming, video editing, and running large local language models. The 6-core CPU is the fastest in any smartphone, and the 6-core GPU architecture includes Neural Accelerators built into each GPU core, a larger cache, and more memory than the A18 Pro. Apple emphasized that the GPU, working in tandem with the new 16-core Neural Engine, enables AAA gaming titles like Arknights: Endfield to run with stunning graphics and hardware-accelerated ray tracing at higher frame rates. Published by GRYPHLINE in North America and Europe, Arknights: Endfield is set in the world of the wildly successful mobile tower defense RPG hybrid Arknights, which has received 100M downloads since its 2020 launch.
