Battlefield 6 Single Player Showcase planned for Tokyo Game Show

We’re going to get a closer look at the Battlefield 6 Single Player campaign sooner than we thought, thanks to Tokyo Game Show. The Battlefield 6 beta was extremely popular, and now it seems EA and the team at Battlefield Studios are getting ready to show the world what’s in store for the single player campaign.

According to the Tokyo Game Show Event Guide, Battlefield 6 is getting a Single Player Live Showcase on September 26th, where the developers and voice actors for Battlefield 6 will share a look at the campaign.

“The developers and English voice actors of Battlefield 6 introduce the upcoming first-person shooter, including a look at the single-player story mode. (Featuring executive special producer Phillipe Ducharme and senior creative director Roman Campos-Oriola).”

All we’ve seen of the Battlefield 6 campaign so far is a very cool trailer that lays out the stakes, with a fictional President of the United States giving a speech, condemning a recent attack and invasion on Gibraltar from a collective known as the ‘PAX Armata’. While we really didn’t get any actual gameplay, it does at least look to be a globetrotting, gun-toting affair with plenty of bombast.

With fans pretty satisfied with the multiplayer thus far (myself included!), I await to see what the campaign has to offer to round out what looks to be a very decent package from EA and Battlefield Studios. And we’ve still got the Battle Royale mode to look forward in early 2026.

Battlefield 6 releases on October 10th, 2025 on Xbox Series X|S, PS5 and PC.
