After an extended period of being offline, Xbox gamers can finally start customising their controllers once more. Xbox Design Labs is finally back online.

Xbox shared the news on Social Media platform X earlier today, and amusingly after multiple outlets had posted articles about it being offline for an extended period of time. For those concerned about the Gear Shop, this too is back online.
The rreason the service went offline was due to Microsoft working with a new payment provider, and it seems that process took far longer than anyone expected.
With Design Labs, gamers can customise new Xbox Controllers in multiple ways, across Standard and Elite designs. There are even franchise crossovers like Fallout available, with Doom and The Witcher returning ‘soon’. I really want something Halo myself, but that’s just me.
