INAZUMA ELEVEN: Victory Road has added an Xbox Series and Switch 2 version, alongside the already announced PlayStation 4|5, Switch 1, and PC.

Victory Road is the 4th mainline game in the series, which had previously been a Nintendo DS/3DS exclusive. This is the first time it will be available on any Xbox platform. The title will retail at $69.99 US for the base version, and a Deluxe Edition will be available as well.
The release date is August 21st, 2025, though Deluxe Edition owners will get 3-day early access. That version will net you:
Football Clubroom (Bond Object)
Rai Rai Noodles (Bond Object)
Promise Pendant (equipment that boosts EXP gained)
Victory Jump (Goal celebration)
When first writing this I thought “OK it’s a cute uWu junior high football (soccer) game”. But here’s its story description straight from their English language site.
“In the distant future, a new and terrifying threat looms over the horizon…
The Mind Eater: a high-dimensional threat that could bring about the extinction of humanity!
There is but one hope for our world:
bringing forth the Ultimate Fighting Spirit!
Entrusted with this last glimmer of hope, Victorio Cryptix embarks on a journey across the entire history of Inazuma Eleven. His goal: to find the strongest team of all!”
OK then! Level 5 haven’t put many games out on Xbox in the past so here’s hoping that other titles like the Professor Layton franchise can make their way over more often now.
