We reviewed Indiana Jones, Hellblade II, and Call of Duty, saying about each:
Indiana Jones: “Legendary archaeologist and renowned part-time professor Indiana Jones is back in his first foray into video games in over a decade. Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is a game full of adventure, wit, charm, and more than a few surprises, including the best villain the series has had since…well, ever?
Developed by MachineGames in partnership with Lucasfilm Games, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is a genuine delight, putting you directly in Indy’s shoes on one of his greatest adventures – and it’s firmly and decidedly better than the last two movies. I’d even go as far as to say that this is the best game MachineGames has ever made, capturing the heart and spirit of classic adventure games with some serious confidence.”

Senua’s Saga: Hellbalde II: “Brutal. Relentless. Breath-taking.
These are just some of the words that come to mind as I sit down to try and describe my recent experience in playing through Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II.
The team at Ninja Theory have achieved what many considered impossible – combining a level of visual fidelity not seen on console before, paired with a level of immersion and sense of place that is, as of now – unmatched in video games.
You will feel every blow, shudder at every desperate scream and the terrifying sounds of your enemies as you guide Senua on her journey through a familiar but entirely new kind of hell.”

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6: “Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is a triumphant return for the series after a thoroughly disappointing 2023 release. It’s a bombastic worldwide adventure that pulls out every trick possible. You have your classic, non-stop Michael Bay epic moments. A wide-open mission that lets you tackle objectives in your own way for over an hour. Even zombies-style horror that somehow makes in universe sense.
My main issue is that the story gets slightly silly by the end. Not just action and body count wise but on the psychological side of things. It’s available day one on Game Pass on Cloud, Console, and PC.”
