Is Silent Hill 2 Coming to Xbox?
The Silent Hill 2 remake from Bloober has its reviews out in the wild, and by all accounts, they’ve pulled it off. Bloober’s Silent Hill 2 is regarded as generally favourable by critics, with many heaping praise on how much respect Bloober have shown for the original, while weaving a new vision for fans. The question now of course – is Silent Hill 2 coming to Xbox?

Bloober team’s Silent Hill 2 is a remake of the 2001 classic, boasting additional content, and far fancier graphics and atmosphere. Xbox fans have one question in mind – Is Silent Hill 2 Coming to Xbox? – and if so, when?
Well, there’s good and bad news on this front – first the good news.
The game releases on October 8th on both PC and PlayStation 5, with no Xbox date in sight. While nothing has been announced officially, trailers for the PS5 version specified that the game would not be “available on other formats until 10.08.2025”.

This of course means that potentially, the game could release precisely one year from launch on PlayStation 5 and PC. The bad news is, a year is one hell of a long time to wait.

Bloober and Konami have worked with Microsoft in the past, so there’s no reason to think it won’t, but if you’re super keen to play Silent Hill 2 Remake sooner rather than later, you’ll need to look beyond the Xbox platform for now.

Why does Xbox keep getting shafted? Did Phil Spencer hurt someone’s feelings?!
