This week, developer Spike Chunsoft released their narrative-driven mystery adventure title ‘Master Detective Archives: RAIN CODE Plus’ onto PC via Steam, Xbox Series, and PlayStation 5 consoles. Originally a Nintendo Switch exclusive, this “Plus” version of the game includes all the previously released DLC as well as the game being playable in 4K with quick load times—a significant departure from the Switch’s capabilities. Players will take on the role of Yuma, an amnesiac detective-in-training, with Shinigami, the spirit haunting him, as they tackle unsolved mysteries.

In this lucid-noir detective adventure, Yuma Kokohead, an amnesiac detective-in-training, and Shinigami, the spirit haunting him, tackle unsolved mysteries in a strange city caged by unending rain. Originally released as Master Detective Archives: RAIN CODE for Nintendo Switch in June 2023 to high praise, Master Detective Archives: RAIN CODE Plus includes enhancements and additional features for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam.
