How do you get the Overwatch 2 Game pass skins?

Blizzard has just announced the Overwatch 2 Game Pass benefits for Game Pass members, these include skins and in-game bonuses. Here’s how to access them.

How do you get the Overwatch 2 Game pass skins

This week, Publisher Blizzard Entertainment announced that their free-to-play, hero-based first-person shooter ‘Overwatch 2’ will enter into Xbox Game Pass on the 17th of September. Any active Game Pass subscriber can get a cache of cosmetics and even access to shop skins from the previous three seasons. Here is how you can connect your battle.net and Xbox accounts per Blizzard:

How to Link Accounts

  1. Navigate to your Battle.net Account Connections page
  2. Next to Xbox Network, make sure the Xbox Account with your eligible Game Pass subscription is listed.
    • If the correct account is linked, you are good to go!
  3. If no account is listed, click the +Connect button to initiate the linking process
    • Ensure you are linking the correct account; account links have cooldowns limiting how often they can be changed. Customer Support cannot assist with bypassing cooldowns on linking accounts.
  4. If the wrong Xbox Account is listed and it has been more than 1-year since the accounts were linked:
    1. Click Disconnect
    2. Click +Connect to initiate the linking process for the correct Xbox Account
  5. If the wrong Xbox Account is listed and the link cooldown has not yet expired, you will need to use a new or different Battle.net Account to link to your Xbox Account.

Here’s what we had to say about Overwatch 2 back at launch:

It’s been a long time coming, but Overwatch 2 is finally here, and it is fantastic. The launch has been terrible, with servers down for days. Now that it’s finally working, and I’ve gotten a solid 20 hours in though I’m a happy, happy boy. The changes feel great, the new maps and heroes are excellent, and the change to free-to-play has gone well so far. I absolutely loved Overwatch, putting over a thousand hours into the original release, so let’s break down what’s changed, is new, and is still a bit broken.
