After a stellar debut on PC and PlayStation 5 lots of fans are wondering, when is Black Myth Wukong coming to Xbox?
On June 7th, 2024 Black Myth Wukong released a trailer and let it be known publicly that the game was being delayed for the Xbox Series platform. Lately, there has been a back and forth between “insiders” about why it was delayed. Ultimately, all that matters is that it was, and here is what we know about “when” it should come to Xbox.
According to the developers:
“PC and PS5 users can enjoy the full game starting August 2o, 2024. We are currently optimising the Xbox Series X|s version to meet our quality standards, so it won’t release simultaneously with the other platforms. We apologize for the delay and aim to minimise the wait for Xbox users. We will announce the release date as soon as it meets our quality standards.“
There have been no further updates so Xbox players are left wondering when the game may finally come to their preferred platform. As far as the game itself goes the developers describe it as:
“Black Myth: Wukong is an action RPG rooted in Chinese mythology. You shall set out as the Destined One to venture into the challenges and marvels ahead, to uncover the obscured truth beneath the veil of a glorious legend from the past.”
