Mod repository site CurseForge and developer/publisher Look North World (created by Bungie founder and Co-creator Alex Seropian) in collaboration with Hasbro today released the official ‘Mighty Morphin Power Rangers’ Premium Mod for Studio Wildcards’ hit survival title ‘ARK: Survival Ascended’. This means you can Morph your game into a Power Rangers adventure and become the ultimate dino-taming Zord-riding Power Ranger. This Premium Mod will run for $9.99 USD across all platforms.
Note that due to specific regional restrictions, the mod cannot be accessed by players in the following countries and regions: Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Laos, Macao, Myanmar (formerly Burma), Pakistan, Taiwan, Korea, Sri Lanka, and Thailand.
In addition, the companies are running a “Power Rangers Screengrab Challenge”, and those who score and share their best screengrabs have a chance at winning the following:
- 5 x $2,000 Gaming Rigs
- 50 x $50 Weekly Store Credits for use in the ARK: SA store
Notably, for user-generated content makers and IP holders, this mod a great example of games and brands having a unique opportunity to collaborate and bring iconic intellectual properties into different gameplay experiences.

Players Will Be Able to Download a First-Ever POWER RANGERS Mod to Turn Characters into Original MIGHTY MORPHIN POWER RANGERS
CurseForge, the world’s largest repository of mods and addons for video games, today announced a collaboration with Hasbro, a leading toy and game company, to bring the iconic POWER RANGERS franchise into ARK: Survival Ascended – the critically acclaimed survival game by Studio Wildcard. With more than 190 million mods downloaded on both consoles and PCs to date, ARK: Survival Ascended has harnessed the power of user-generated content (UGC) since its initial launch. Supported by CurseForge, cross-platform modding capabilities were introduced to ARK: Survival Ascended, significantly extending the reach of modders and expanding the diversity of experience for players across platforms.
Starting June 17, ARK: Survival Ascended players can download ARK x POWER RANGERS on CurseForge. Players will be able to skin their characters as the original MIGHTY MORPHIN POWER RANGERS and equip their weapons and Zords. In order to ensure brand integrity, CurseForge, which has over 50 billion mod downloads, teamed up with Look North World, a pioneering UGC video game studio and publisher, to develop the ARK x POWER RANGERS Premium Mod.
