Paradox Interactive announced Crusader Kings 3 today. The sequel to the 2011 hit game Crusader Kings 2 is coming to Steam and Xbox Game Pass for PC. Crusader Kings is a grand strategy series which is set in the middle ages where dynasties are part of the core gameplay. The trailer sets the right expectations immediately with a baby being killed by a snake. Happy days.
Paradox is releasing the game on both Steam and Xbox Game Pass at launch. When Microsoft announced Xbox Game Pass for PC, Paradox was mentioned as an important partner. Today we see the fruition of that deal.
Crusader Kings 3 is set to arrive in 2020.
