Bungie will be taking halo.bungie.net offline on February 9th

In their latest community update, Bungie announced that they would be shutting down halo.bungie.net on February 9th. This comes a few weeks after 343 announced that servers for Halo on Xbox 360 would be shut down at the end of 2021.

Halo.bungie.net was the website Bungie used for all things Halo. There, you could look at your entire online Halo career on the Xbox 360. From stats to forge, halo.bungie.net was the best place to visit if you loved Halo.

Halo transitioned from Bungie.net to Halo Waypoint back when 343 officially took the reigns of the series from Bungie. Halo Waypoint has never been quite as good of a website as halo.bungie.net was however, and the latter website holds a lot of nostalgia of the old Halo days.

2021 so far seems to be the year where all things Halo on Xbox 360 are going away forever. With Halo Infinite coming out sometime in the Fall, hopefully we will have a great game to keep us busy for the next decade.
