First footage of Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition on Xbox shown

Today at Larry Hryb’s Xbox Podcast the executive producer for World’s Edge Adam Isgreen showed the first footage of Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition optimized for a controller. During the interview we see radial menus, a new on-screen UI.

This week at the Age of Empires Anniversary stream Microsoft revealed both Age of Empires II: Definitve Edition and Age of Empires IV are coming to Xbox consoles in 2023. First up is Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition, which is coming to console on January 31st 2023.
