BAFTA nominations for Sea of Thieves, Flight Simulator, Tell Me Why, Minecraft Dungeons and Ori

Award season isn’t over just yet. The prestigious BAFTA Awards have revealed the nominees today. While no Microsoft game has been nominated for Game of the Year, the Redmond publisher has gathered plenty nominations in other categories.

The nominees for Game of the Year are Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Call of Duty: Warzone, Ghost of Tsushima, Hades, THe Last of Us 2 and VALORANT.

Meanwhile Ori and the Will of the Wisps has been nominated for Best Animation and Best Music, Minecraft Dungeons has been nominated for Best Family Game, Tell Me Why has been nominated for the Game Beyond Entertainment Award and Microsoft Flight Simulator has been nominated for Best Technical Achievement.

Xbox Series X and S launch title The Falconeer has been nominated for Best Debut Game.
