The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe is coming to Xbox One & Xbox Series X|S on 27th April 2022

First-person adventure title The Stanley Parable is back after 11 years, this time with an Ultra Deluxe version after three years of development. The game will launch on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S on 27th April 2022. The release date trailer and more information can be found below.

WHO’S MAKING THIS?

The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe is a continuation of the collaboration between Davey Wreden and William Pugh, who were the creators of the original Stanley Parable. William’s studio Crows Crows Crows will be designing, developing and publishing!

WAIT, WHAT IS THIS GAME? IS IT AN EXPANSION? A REMAKE?

In The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe, everything you remember has been recreated, yet it’s different somehow. We’ve been here before, haven’t we? Is Stanley still the same as he was back then? Or is it you who has changed?

CAN YOU BE MORE SPECIFIC?

Since The Stanley Parable was a game about surprises, we’ve tried to implement new content in ways that players won’t be expecting. The script for this new content is longer than the script for the entire original game.

WHAT PLATFORMS CAN I BUY THIS ON?

The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe will launch simultaneously on 4/27/22 for Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.

IS IT COMING TO PC AS WELL?

Yes! The game will be available on Steam for Windows, Mac and Linux. Although because the game is so substantially different, we’re making the original Stanley Parable and Ultra-Deluxe both separately accessible. There will be more news about exactly how this will work for existing players before we launch.
