The Xbox Game Pass app was updated and it is now showing that both EA Sports UFC and UFC 2 are leaving EA Play “soon”. No set date was given.
This news come as no surprise since EA seems keen to remove its legacy sports games from the catalogue lately. Earlier this year, every FIFA edition from 15 to 18 dropped out the subscription service before they added the latest iteration of the game on May 6.
If EA keeps the trend going, we might see UFC 4 joining the catalogue pretty soon. As a reminder, the publisher has a showcase scheduled for July 22.
As a side note, UFC 3 is still available for both EA Play and Game Pass Ultimate subscribers, and there is no sign of it leaving the services any time soon.
