State of Decay 2 brings the original map of Trumbull Valley via new Homecoming Update; Surpasses 10 Million Players.

Back to where it all began! Xbox announced today that the original game map from the very first State of Decay, released on Xbox Live Arcade back in 2013, is coming to State of Decay 2 as a fully remastered and playable map.

In the new version, players will learn about the latest developments in Trumbull, alongside discovering new characters, storylines and picking back up old plot threads to finally get them resolve.

The map will contain six new bases, new weapons and outfits that can only be found in Trumbull – not only that, but new missions and achievements too!

Xbox also revealed that State of Decay 2 has now surpassed over 10 MILLION players since launch, which reflects the incredible success and dedicated community that State of Decay enjoys.

The update releases September 1st, free to all existing owners of State of Decay 2: Juggernaut Edition and is included with Xbox Game Pass.
