Biomutant is less than a week away, and to prepare its players for the release publisher THQ Nordic has shared an official FAQ page with some important information regarding the game’s launch.
Along some information that was already known by Xbox players, it was confirmed that the game will receive a native Series X|S version in the “near-ish future”.
What platforms will it be available on?
– On May 25 2021: PC, PS4, Xbox One
– Sometime in the near-ish future: native version for PS5 and Xbox Series S/X
Will there be a native version of BIOMUTANT be on the current gen consoles, i.e. PS5 and Xbox Series S/X?
– Yes, but on May 25, only PC/PS4 and XB1 versions will be released. We will provide more info in due time.
The same FAQ page also contains some oddly specific questions, like if the game will be on Game Pass or on the Windows Store. Spoiler: no, it won’t – at least “for the time being”.
Will BIOMUTANT be on the Xbox Game pass?
– For the time being: no.Will BIOMUTANT be on the Microsoft Store for PC?
