Twitch Rivals: Legends of Halo is happening today

A couple of months ago we saw the Twitch Rivals event for Sea of Thieves. Today we’ll see streamers and legendary Halo players battle on PC. Yes, that’s right. Halo on PC. We don’t have a release date yet for when Reach (or any of the other Halo games within the Master Chief Collection) is launching. But today we’ll see the first Halo PC tournament.

Players will play Halo: Reach in this Twitch tournament. First they’ll have fun round to warm up. In this round players will play Rocket Race, Grifball or Slayer (or another ‘fun’ mode). The second round is where it gets real competitive. In this round players will play 4 versus 4 Round Robin with four teams.

The most famous streamer competing in the event is Summit1G. He is a big Halo fan and has played games like Counter Strike competitively in the past. The teams will be captained by professional Halo players.

More information on the tournament can be found here. Want to watch? The stream is live here from 1 PM PT.
