Microsoft took to social media today to announce the landmark of its 47th birthday. Bill Gates and his childhood friend Paul Allen founded Microsoft on April 4, 1975, and the rest is history. Who knows where technology would be without Windows, Microsoft Office & Paint, Xbox and much more. With over 180,000 employees across the tech giant, there may not be much cake left to go around.
