Due to the recent pandemic and everyone staying from home to avoid the current Coronavirus, Microsoft has seen a massive spike in Azure activity by 775%. Due to this Microsoft will be limiting certain activitys for Xbox Live.
The ability to upload custom gamerpics, club pics and club backgrounds has been disabled. Microsoft has said they will continue to monitor server usage for peak hours and delivering game updates during off peak hours.
