With the surprise release of Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary Edition on PC yesterday, Microsoft has once again proven that Halo isn’t dead.
Today, the Master Chief Collection returns as the top selling game on Steam, while the separate release of Halo:CE also makes it to the list.
Meanwhile, Microsoft is set to continue their efforts on PC. They are pushing Xbox Game Pass for PC, which is still in beta, while also supporting Steam. Ori and the Will of the Wisps is releasing on Steam later this month. Both the future Master Chief Collection additions and Ori will be playable on Xbox Game Pass for PC.
