You can now support Mixer Partners by signing up for Xbox Game Pass

It seems Microsoft is mixing things up for their streaming service. Today Mixer announced that Xbox Game Pass and Mixer will strengthen each other with a new set of features. In addition to the Direct Purchase program, where you are able to buy a game directly from a streamers page (and thus giving the streamer a share of the purchase), now having people join Xbox Game Pass will be beneficial to the streamer as well.

From today, Mixer Partners can receive $3 for every new member that joins Xbox Game Pass or upgrades to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and credits the channel. Microsoft has added a new ”Support a creator” option to the Xbox Game Pass for PC beta, while this feature will be rolling out to the mobile apps on iOS and Android later this week.

When supporting a creator you’ll receive a code, which you will be able to use to support your favorite streamer.

And Microsoft isn’t done with the Mixer and Game Pass combination it seems. At the blog post, Microsoft is teasing that there could be coming more. ”Stay tuned.”
