In an interview with Game Lab, Phil Spencer has said that Xbox Game Pass has millions of subscribers. This means the service, that launched one year ago, has been able to find a market in a relatively short amount of time. With at least 2 million people subscribed to the service.
The service launched June 2019 in an official beta. It launched together with the Xbox Game Pass app for Windows 10 and at a reduced price. Currently, Xbox Game Pass for PC costs $4.99 per month.
